Morgan starred alongside other actors in the documentary film Safe Sex for Men and Women that focuses on AIDS prevention as well as education. Proceeds from the video were donated in part towards the American Foundation for AIDS Research. Morgan is also a member of the Entertainment Industry AIDS Task Force. Morgan is the leader of numerous other fund-raising projects for the disease and she also testified before a special Congressional committee about AIDS education. Morgan is on the Board of Governors of APLA and Amfar's Board of Directors. She has been asked to replace the Surgeon General who was formerly C. Everett Koop at related events involving AIDS.
